Gastro Pop #2 is a moderately yielding Indica dominant strain that has a strong sharp nose of acetone and citrus. This strain forms a 3-5 nodal top cola with tons of secondary branching forming 2-4 nodal connected mini colas beneath. The buds are dense and tight and golf ball sized with a high leaf to calyx ratio. The buds have purple hues throughout and high trichome production extending out the fan leaves. This strain will double in size in flower with a moderate vertical and lateral growth. The canopy has a moderate density making it a fairly easy plant to prune and defoliate. Trimming will be more complex with the high leaf to calyx ratio. Overall, this is an easy strain to grow that will do well in any style of grow.
