Kaprikorn's Description:
Black Maple is an extremely heavy yielding Indica dominant that smells sweet and cakey. This strain forms a 7-10 completely connected nodal top cola with disconnected golf ball-sized buds beneath going the length of the branch. The buds are dense but have a modest leaf-to-calyx ratio with moderately sized restacked calyxes throughout. The buds are mostly green with some purple hues throughout and long pistils making the buds look “hairy”. We would recommend multiple toppings and not stripping up the branches too early on this strain for height control. It will triple in size in flower. It doesn't have an overly dense inner canopy and will be fairly easy for pruning and defoliation. It will require some extra support due to her large colas and the heights she can reach. This strain was a moderately up taking strain throughout flower. Overall, a more intermediate strain to grow that will do well in any style grow with proper growing techniques.
